No, really, it just adds whiskey to the list of healing alcohol for the perk Old World Gourmet, as well as having it remove 10 dehydration when used in Hardcore mode, rather than adding to it. That\'s it. Needs Dead Money to function.

Adds Whiskey to the Old World Gourmet list of healing booze, statted to match JSawyer's mod's stats for Whiskey. I guess you could use it in a non JSawyer game, too, as it isn't required, though it will remove dehydration rather than add to it as a result.
