Adds weight to NCR bills and bottlecaps Bills weigh .0022 each Caps weigh .0047, in line with real world weights Legion money stays at its original weight.
Armor ratings have been changed: In the vanilla game, only DT is used, not DR - here I've changed some of the armors to use DR Light - DR only. Simply gave them a DR rating equal to their original DT and set DT to 0 Medium - DT and DR - half the DT rating (rounded up) is converted to DR Heavy - Keeps original DT rating.
In addition, all power armor is now heavy, including helmets.
Headgear has had their reserved body slots changed - now almost all of them (except closed face helmets) allow you to use the glasses, headband, and hair slots.

The files is a simple .esp - place in your /data folder. Should be NMM compatible.
