This mod is intended to serve as a replacement for having to always modify the FOV using the console for people playing on widescreen monitors. I have found that the game pays no attention to the FOV settings in its ini files, and wanted a more automated way to keep the field of view set to 90. The mod adds a snow globe to Doc Mitchell's house which has a script tied to it to keep the FOV locked to 90 once looted. Requires New Vegas Script Extender, which can be downloaded from:

I consider this to be a beta - if you run into cases in gameplay where the field of view should be changing but is being overridden by the mod, please let me know and I'll try to fix it.
