this is a port of ACA over to be compatible with a tale of two wastelands mod. sorry anyone who is not running TTW this relies on some fallout 3 content so there's no way for me to add this for just PN

that being said there are a few minor glitches IE rubber looking armor parts and also i am not sure if this will appear in vendors or on NPCs in the Mojave Wasteland.

i am up for changeing this mod around within my abilitys: IE im learning to use photoshop to change textures so i might be adding a new armor to this. im also willing to add changes if people feel those changes are appropriate.

also includes PN compatibility having visor overlay and a vision mode
