Just use god mode and let the collar explode. your character will still live and will not affect the story at all. the devs just wanna add some stress to the players XD

I can also confirm that this breaks multiple quests.  Lighting the fireworks, getting Dean in position and exiting the vault, all required the use of the console to complete.  Do not use this mod.

Dropped Dean off, done Christines part, but now Deans quest is still showing as active.

When to him, disabled this mod, but he will still just fire his dialogue.

    This mod broke the DLC.

I'm having a problem with Dean Domino's "Strike Up The Band" quest. From reading online and in your posts, the possible cause could be your mod. Not going to point fingers, but no matter what I do (disable mod, previous saves, etc) nothing works. If you could just give me a console command to finish the quest it'd be much appreciated.

    Thank you

Edit: Nevermind I got it to work, but I do think that you should include a workaround in your description should anyone else run into the same problem. What I did was start the quest over by going back to a previous save and doing the quest without the mod installed. It was a pain, but worth it.

I know Im a year late here but I used console commands to complete that quest and start the next one, and (Im not 100% sure that this is the fualt of it) at the end of the DLC, there was no outro and the game still treated me as if I was in the Sierra Madre.
I couldnt access any radio, my sleep never changed, and there were probably other problems

This is a lovely mod but know that it will make Dead Money unplayable.

Sorry to disappoint you pal, but that isn't this mod, or at least, to me that happens more than once even without ANY mod installed. It's the dlc by itself that is quite shitty. If you make even ONE mistake in the last part the end slide show does not start.

Instead of saying "Nevermind I got it to work"

You actually post how you go it to work, with the steps etc

      Just a thought

The idea wasn't bad, but yeah, between the holograms that can attack you (i mean, holograms) and the super annoying collars-radios interferences and yes, let us not forget the buggy last part with Elijah in the vault, it's not an experience someone would care to repeat 'as it is'.
I think the best option would be turn all radiospeakers to destroyable, and remove the chance to holograms to attack and maybe reduce cloud damage. I'm trying to see if it can be done right now (although i don't put too hopes on that, all considered)

I feel the removal of the radio's detonating your collar seems unneeded, as you will already be able to travel pretty much everywhere after completing the DLC.

I would like a mod that deals with the concentrated pockets of the cloud after you finish it or atleast after you turn on the ventilators where you drop off Christine.
As you basically pump the cloud into other area's you're not going to, perhaps able to choose where you want to pump the cloud to. ^^

Love the mod, but there is one glitch have found through game play. the quest for gala event after hitting the switch for the main opening of the casino, the quest would not register completion. only after deactivating the mod, going back into the game, hitting the switch, saving, and reactivating the mod was able to continue. will post more info as i go. thanks again.
This is the edited/updated part. Ok had to deactivate the mod to kill Dean because after the message pops up "Dean is dead" it does not go away after hitting "ok". After deactivating the mod and killing Dean and reactivating the mod I was good. And last, I was not able to leave the vault room via the elevator after trapping/killing father Elliaga.
P.S. Playing HCM when a companion dies the message "_____ has died" does not go away after hitting "OK". I have to shut the game down.

This mod, for whatever reason, seems to block certain Dead Money quests from completing, so far, I came across two instances, one in Dean's Gala preparation quest(only if you complete it by activating the holograms, thankfully I didn't want him to survive in this playthrough, and just told him that I'd break his legs if he didn't stay in place), and again when activating the Gala, I even double checked in the wiki to see if the quests were glitched, deactivating the mod, passing through the part it is blocking, saving, and activating the mod again seem to bypass this bug entirelly, so it is still working well enough to me.

EDIT: Also, this seems to lock the "<name> has died." message if you complete the DLC by killing any of the companions(I killed Dean, as I had mentioned), I tried both disabling the mod and a different mod that disable explosions/poison gas(but not the beeping/message), and both ways seemed to work.

Also, is there any way to disable the collar countdown after you kill/lock Elijah? I'd love to, sometime, completelly subvert the moral of the DLC by calmly walking my way out of Sierra Madre with the 37 gold bars on me.

About the quests not completing, that has been a problem for me ever since I first played dead money. Even before I created this mod, I had the same problems. I'm not sure if maybe my problem is carrying on over to you via my mod or what, but I always had to use console commands to complete and start the next quests, even before creating and installing this mod.

And what do you mean by lock? I've never actually completed this DLC so I've never gotten those messages.

And as for the last part, does the countdown start as soon as you kill Elijah, or lock him in the vault? Just asking so I can look at the scripts and attempt it.

Anyway, thank you Veya for the interest and bug report, its much appreciated

Same problem here on both counts, it's good to track it down to a mod, as even console commands were not opening the casino gate for me. I will remove the mod and try again.

Edit- Forgot to come back, but yes after unchecking the ESP, everything worked as it should. Had to do so again when in the vault itself.

However this mod is still great, and really took out the one thing I hated about this DLC, not being able to explore, and constantly having to deal with speakers and such.
