A full install of Project Nevada - Extra Options V1.2 from Gribbleshnibit8 is of course necessary to use this texture properly.
Actually I mentioned before that I uploaded a fix of this texutre into my translation file of Extra Options.
But I will upload it as standalone so it will be easier to find.
