Adds a south gate to Strip as depicted in game art. REGUIRES STRIP OPEN!

It's been a while but I'm playing New Vegas again and felt the need for this, so I made it for myself, adding on to the mod ''The Strip Open'' which can be found here:
newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/38056/
You need to have this mod downloaded to put the south gate in your game. Just replace the .esp file provided by that mod with mine and you\'re good to go.
I added a map marker for convenience and I also added some lights here and there.
For people you use Electro City, there might be some plants in the south exit from the Strip. Just use the console command ''disable'' ingame.
