RepCon Headquarters has many fission batteries that you can use for the creation of the weapons.
[size=12]====INSTALLATION====[/size]
1. Go to your Steam folder witch will be in either "program files"
or "program files (x86)" directly off of your main drive
2. Next go to steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\data
3. From there unload the "ESP" into your data folder
5. Start your game and select the "ESP" in your data files and your finished
