Im having an issue where the terminal wont talk at all, helanas books work. Im not using the t60-power armor mod.

Edit: nvm its just the more chems mod that causes it strangely...
There is still the bug with the end slides where theres a delay between the slides other than that quality mod.

This quest mod is better than any quests from Failed 4.

Your mod managed to turn my evil scientist into a better person with hope for humanity. Absolutely fantastic work.

I want to say that I truly appreciate you giving a game I have played for years a new light in the form of additional content. This has been by far my favorite quest mod for Fallout New Vegas. The writing and atmosphere is unparalleled; and your characters and their personalities are absolutely fantastic. This lore friendly mod invokes emotion and truly is a masterpiece.

This mod really is a hell of an achievement, thank you so much for creating and sharing it and congratulations on the incredible work you accomplished with it. The setting is darkly beautiful, the characters and storyline are fascinating, the payoffs are great and the puzzles are creative. I love your use of skill checks and hardcore needs (I almost died of thirst staring down a mainframe computer!) You've done such a good job of the dialogue options especially, it does more for roleplaying and helping to flesh out my own character than almost any other mod for any game I've played. It also manages to be both funny and existentially disturbing in ways that games rarely are. Rolland's dialogues are legitimately funny, James's and Helena's are legitimately disturbing, and a profound sense of dread hangs over the entire scene, brilliantly underscored by the music. The voice cast is a real treat, too. They manage the near-impossible feat of getting across Edgard's mania without being uncomfortable or obnoxious, and just by tone of voice make me uncomfortable around the maintenance bot. I could go on for pages gushing about this mod, it's definitely going to be a permanent fixture in my load order for every playthrough I ever make of FNV ever again, and I'm already looking forward to playing it again on a different type of character. Thank you so much!

Great mod, loving it so far though ran into the (...) issue with helena's book and the terminals so I disabled the T-60, I'll reinstall when I finish it though (Any idea how or why these two mods conflict like that)? Anyways one of the best mods I've played so far. I'm also loving the name drop references to other works such as Tolkien and I smiled when I found the 36 lessons of vivec on a shelf.

I realize this is an old issue, but I'm having the same issue, but I can't for the life of me figure our which mod is causing it. do you know if there are any other mods that might do the same thing?

i wasn't able to diagnose the actual issue with the book and terminals, and the fix uploaded by the author didn't work, but you can use the getstage and setstage console commands to get around it, and then later in the quest there's one more instance where not being able to interact with a terminal won't allow you to open a door, you can just use the unlock console command on the door to get through it. You'll have to take a look in the esp with fnvedit or the geck to see what the quest id is, and you can probably just google "fnv setstage command" to get to the wiki page for the command to figure out its usage if you're not already familiar with it. If nothing else it's always gonna be a handy console command for busted Bethesda games

Edit: I went back and checked real fast, if you're stuck on Helena's quest because you can't interact with the book, the quest ID for "I ain't honky tonkin' anymore" is xx048efb, where XX is the mod index of Autumn Leaves in your load order. In my load order it's 4e, so to check which stage of the quest I'm on I'd hit ~ to open up the console in-game, and type (without quotes) "getstage 4e048efb". I'm not at the computer to check right now but I'm FAIRLY sure it was 60, but you'd be safest to check by using that command in your game. Then you use the setstage command to go to the next stage of the quest, the quest stages increment by 10 at a time, so to skip to the next stage of Helena's quest you'd enter (again without quotes) "setstage xx048efb 70". That should complete the book objective and give you the next objective in the quest. Again, XX stands for the mod index for autumnleaves.esp in your load order, and you should double check with the getstage command that those are the right numbers, either way you wanna setstage to 10 higher than whatever getstage tells you.

Sorry if that's too much or if I'm over-explaining, and I hope it helps!

One last edit: If you *do* end up needing to skip the terminal and book dialogues due to the error I mentioned, I implore you to open up the mod in xedit, find the entries for what the book says (it'll just take a little scrolling through the mod and it should be kinda obvious which thing it is) and read the entries that correspond to your karma and character choices before proceeding on with the quest. It's really cool.

An amazing mod with a great story and well written characters.Bethesda should have hired you to bring some life into the robots from fallout 76 since it's obvious all their effort amounted to a big pile of nothing in that regard.

I'm having some issues with this mod. The control panel in front of the vault door is replaced by a white exclamation point on a red diamond (missing meshes?). I used 'tcl' to enter the vault door and I find dozens of these exclamation points scattered throughout the main hall. Has anyone ever experienced this? I'm using NMM.

Sounds like missing textures. I would suggest manually downloading the files into Fallout New Vegas, since your virus protection might be causing issues with file transfer in NMM. If you need help with the process, I can help you.

Love the hell out of this mod, so I'm trying to get the best ending on my second run, naturally.
Did the Rolland thing just fine, but Helena isn't having her "last talk" of her quest with me. I talked with her about all three of the relevant bots, and her conversation to finalize the quest refuses to start. I'm more or less right at the final confrontation with you-know-who, and I'd rather not have to do it all again, again.
Anyone else had this issue and gotten it fixed? I'm trying to force it with setstage, but I'm having trouble finding the quest ID.

Did you complete on your first time around or is this the first attempt? Something I learned is one of the dialogue options has new responses even though the question doesn't light up again. I believe it's the one below having gotten to know all the robots better. Just keep using that dialogue option, since it does offer new responses in that questline despite not lighting up.

Finished the main quest but now when trying to finish Helena's quest (Im at the part where it says maybe there is something you can do for her) I cant do anything. The dialogue option for the holodisk she just says no to that offer & i cant get the quest to complete. Is there any way I can force the quest to complete so I can get it off my pipboy?

You have to go through previous dialogue options. Specifically the one about helping her. I believe it's the one below having gotten to know about all the robots better. After going through the dialogue option again, I was given new responses. I did the process another time or so as I was still given new responses until she felt satisfied and I completed her quest.
