Description:
------------
Fallout Who Vegas brings the world of Doctor Who, the longest running cult sci-fi show, to the Mojave Desert.

This patch update fixes various game breaking issues.

Existing Issues:
----------------

corridors not updating meshes
BF Sonic no sound

Fixed Issues:
-------------

Cirius Quest issues (stage issue, companion lock/unlock issues, Wheeler dialogue issues)
Whispering in the TARDIS - Whispering in the TARDIS console room
Thermobuffers can only be vented once
Chronodyne Generator - Chronodyne Generator Schmatic missing
BF Sonic not case switchable
Forcefield Prisms toggling give wrong terminal output
chronodyne generators - has returned from the Vortex
Fluid links - the componnent gets fixed but the green tint effects remain
Stattenheim Remote Control doesnt work
causal rift - is there a way close the casual rift because i carnt find it anywhere in the TARDIS!
Power Discrepancies now fixed
No toolbox in toyota
Disable Advanced Mode at start of Yuleworld Quest
Tardis garden and birds - people can hear birds all over the tardis
companions - get lost in the tardis when told to relax
Dim Collapse can occur in custom locations, make sure you can repair it
Events can conflict (Siege Mode, Space Loop, Dimensional Collapse)
Engineering portaldoor never changes theme
TVG collapse only happens once
How do I make a companion leave? - How do I make a companion leave the tardis an go home
save games are crashing - peoples saves are crashing
Refuel/Reset/Repair timers glitched
TVG collapse allows you to get into the TARDIS for a stolen/ransacked event

Changes:
--------

- Refuel/Repair/Reset disables navigations and returns 25% when running, then re-enables and takes back 25% when done
- Chronodyne Gen no longer equippable in TARDIS
- Temporal Stabilizer subsystem ingame, prevents causal rifts from occuring
- Removed Biodampener item, Stattenheim control and Emergency remote
- Increased volume of classic ambience
- Broken TVG recipe no longer needs duct tape or scrap electronics
- Dalek Control Unit in lab is now a Dalek Workbench, added camp workbench to camping skeleton

1) Extract all files from the RAR
2) Place each folder in your Fallout Directory

Alternatively, hit up google for assistance on Installing New Vegas mods. It's a very common process and incredibly simple once you get the hang of it.

Quick tips:

- The ammo hotkey ('2' by default) can be used to access Sonic, Laser & Vortex Manipulator mode menus
- 'N' on your keyboard can be used to access Time Lord Telepathy (once you have acqured Time Lord status)
- Utilise the TARDIS Manual found in all desktops and the TARDIS Index File in all Scanners for help, tips and tricks

Upgrade:
===========================

IMPORTANT:

For users that have the previous FWV 1.0X installed, all existing files must be overwritten or removed.

1) Remove all traces of FWV 1.0X from your Fallout directory

2) Load up New Vegas, start the game without the previous build active and save

3) Install FWV 2.0X and the quest should begin.

ALL PREVIOUS FWV STATS WILL BE WIPED AS A RESULT OF THIS UPGRADE.

IMPORTANT!!!!!

PREVIOUS SAVE GAMES WITH OFFICIAL FWV 2.1.x ARE COMPATIBLE.

To continue an existing FWV 2.1.x Save:

1) Install the new build correctly

2) Load your save game

3) Save the game AND EXIT 'FALLOUT: NEW VEGAS'

4) Load the newest save, and the mod shall take into consideration bug fixes and patches applied
