As the title suggests, I made the Old World Blues Big MT Transportalponder, Dead Money Slave Collar, and Lonesome Road Laser Detonator non-quest items. One esp for each, just drop in your Data folder and activate.

This is to get rid of the items after you're done with the DLCs, not to cheat during...
There should be no load order issues, may conflict with any mods that affect these items, if you don't use Wrye Flash or FNVEdit to make a merged/bashed patch.
