All this does is disable the quests that cause the popups and put the items from the preorder packs into your inventory. All the items are just in a locker next to Doc Mitchel when you wake up. Made this for myself because i was tired of all the popups and the extra inventory managment it added when i started a new game, I figure others might be looking for this.
You will need the Courier's Stash dlc for this to work.
Doesn't remove anything so it should not conflict with any mods
As with all mods just add it to your data folder and activate with your mod manager of choice.
