Apparently the textures require Archive invalidation made by mouse0270 (Shoutout :3) so you should get that here:

14 April 2013 Update:
New optional texture update including worn edges and normal maps that look much better than the old.
Report all errors found cause errors suck!
This is the NCR Combat shotgun.
It comes with two variants a clean metal version and a Camo-ish version.
A free pair can be found in Doc Mitchell's house although they are cheat versions so you shouldn't use em if your playing legit, otherwise they can be bought at the gun runners and in the next UPDATE will be found on high ranking NCR soldiers.
Stats:
Ammo Type: 20g
Mag size: 5
Dmg: 15 x 7 or 8 cant remember
Overall dmg is like: 92-96
Strength Req: 10
Guns Skill: 100
NOTE:
If you want to use this weapon in a mod pack ( you probably wont ) remember to credit me for the model and textures.
If you want to reskin the textures remember to (again) credit me for the original model.
Installation:
Extract everything out then place them in your data folder *hopefully the textures will work*
Un-installation:
Remove the .esm from the data folder or use nexus/fallout mod manager
