Adds the Ultimax 100 LMG from Singapore into the game. Model is loosely based on the U100 LMG from Far Cry 3 but with a dirty, worn appearance. It fires much slower than the vanilla LMG so it isn't as much of a spray n' pray bullet hose and is more centered around precision. I didn't bother adding it to leveled lists as not that many enemies use the vanilla LMG anyway. The gun can be found in the Gun Runners HQ back where all of the gunsmiths work.
Update V1.1 -Fixed not being able to gib enemies -Removed .22 SMG mods and model -Changed skill requirements.
