For anyone who is curious, the "Use Anywhere" version will only work if you have caps on you. This is because at the beginning of Dead Money you have your entire inventory confiscated, caps included, and cannot obtain any caps while in the Sierra Madre. Most other "you've been kidnapped/captured/etc." sequences seem to do the same thing. Obviously this isn't perfect for detecting if you're in some elaborate mod-added scenario, but it does the job most of the time.
I haven't figured out why, but sometimes I install this mod, and it works and sometimes it doesn't. And I'm not talking about the caps issue, it was a preventative measure to stop people from cheesing Dead Money (As far as I've understood) Actually nvm, I think that the problem was Vortex, being the little s#*! that it always is sometimes didn't activate the esp. Kids don't use Vortex, the only reason I do is that I have my archives on another drive.
If anyone is testing the "use anywhere" version before starting a playthrough and finds it's not working outside the mojave worldspace - The script also checks if the player character has any caps in their inventory, and prevents teleporting if they don't.
