Get a few perks automatically when you meet the requirements, without being a total game breaker. (Requires all four major DLCs.)

Balanced Skill Perks awards you a few perks automatically, as soon as you meet their requirements (level, SPECIAL attributes, and skill levels).
This mod is similar to xatmos' Skill Based Perks and QuietusPlus' Q Skill Perks. Unlike these mods, Balanced Skill Perks avoids awarding the really powerful perks automatically, sticking to ones that aren't quite good enough to be worth taking in normal play. This avoids the problem of making the game too easy by awarding mighty perks like Jury Rigging automatically.
When you gain a perk via this mod, a message box pops up telling you so, and waits for you to click Ok. This shouldn't be annoying (it isn't for me) because it only happens when your stats receive a permanent change (by gaining a level, reading a skill book, installing an implant, etc), which is fairly rare. In particular, it shouldn't happen during combat unless you read a skill book in the middle of a fight.
Requirements and compatibility:
This mod requires Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, and Lonesome Road. This is because it affects perks from all four of those DLCs. If you try to use this mod without all four of those DLCs installed and enabled, your game will crash on startup.
Compatibility patches are provided (in the optional files section) for FOOK, the JSawyer mod, Mission Mojave - Ultimate Edition, and VATSPerksNoMore.
This mod is compatible out-of-the-box with Project Nevada and its Extra Options add-on; those mods do not touch the perks affected by this mod. This mod is also compatible out-of-the-box with Permanent Skill Mags.
