Should fix the \\\"indestructible\\\" Holorifle issue.

Mini\"mod\" that should fix the bug which made the holorifle indestructible after applying the weapon mod to increase its maximum condition.
I know it is years late but I only recently began playing through NV again with all its DLC, and this issue was bugging me.
Turned out it was very easy to fix, and now I might as well upload it. Did not find such fix anywhere else; still sorry to whoever has done it before...and so on.
All it does is it changes the value for the added \"health\" of the weapon from 1.5 to 50 (the weapon mods actually \'add\' health and not multiply it).
This has the side effect of apparently making the weapon degradation work again (maybe the game couldn\'t handle the .5 value? - no idea, but hey, it works for me now^^)
Anyway, it\'s a simple, quick mod; obviously needs Dead Money, though.
Do with it what you want (unless you\'re working with Obsidian, in which case I demand one Brahmin Steak and 10000 bottlecaps as compensation).
