The peadarTec Sonic Canine Summoner is the ultimate in pet obedience technology. This unique device emits a special ultrasonic frequency that inspires loyalty in the domestic dog.
Want the newspaper picked up? Select frequency 5.
Pesky cat barked at? Frequency 2.
Communist fifth columnist disemboweled? You want frequency 7.
PeadarTec accepts no responsibility for newspapers mangled, cats chased, and non-communists disemboweled.
There are two versions, the Just for Fun version, in which you can pick up your weapon on the front step of Doc Mitchell's house and summon an unlimited number of furry terrors to terrify all who oppose you. It will bloat your save files, and slow down your game if overused (you can summon a serious amount of dogs!).
The main file is designed to be a bit less overpowered. You have to find the canine summoner from one of the few characters in the wasteland who has one (probably someone associated with dogs somehow), and even then can only summon a maximum of five canine companions. This one shouldn't have any lag or bloat issues.
To install, download whichever .esp you want, drag it into your New Vegas data folder, activate it using Fallout Mod Manager, and enjoy your new dog buddies. To uninstall, Simply delete the .esp from your data folder, and go back to being a cat person.
