1. Disable AA and AF in-game. DO NOT SKIP ME AND COMPLAIN OF BUGS
2. Download ENBSeries 0.150 from http://enbdev.com/mod_falloutnv_v0150.htm
3. Extract ENBSeries (recommend wrapper version because injector needs to be run before game) to main NV folder (where NVSE goes)
4a. Extract all files in this mod into the same directory as above, overwriting when asked. You're done!
4b. If using FNV4GB, use the latest version only with default settings and continue, because you're not!
5. Move the sweetfx folder, d3d9.dll (or the ENB injector and its cfg files), sweetfx.dll, and injector.ini to the "exes" folder created by FNV4GB
