I don't know if you still use this site or if you're still interested in NV, but I'd like to suggest Common Caravan Deck by Soukey as a worthy addition to this compilation: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/50722
This mod has Ringo give you a standard deck of cards instead of a Tops deck, and the optional mods either remove the common deck cards from dealer inventories or (my favorite) replaces them with the Sierra Madre cards from Dead Money so you can actually collect the full set of them
Now this is Card Gaming (insert Star Wars gif here). I always get myself kicked off all the blackjack tables as soon as possible in every playthrough (I like gambling and usually I take luck as a role playing choice so that makes it go quicker), so having the ability to NOT treat Caravan like it's another one of the worlds dwindling resources is such a good thing! it makes sense why the casinos don't want me coming back to clean them out but I should be able to grab a few games of Caravan every (in game) week.
This is a must-have mod for me on every playthrough. I genuinely love the Caravan minigame so much, but once you figure out the optimal strategy (basically, stack your deck with 6's, 7's, 9's, 10's, Kings, and Jacks) it can get pretty trivial. However, the better decks and better AI in this mod make Caravan a challenge even if you have the best deck in the desert! I tend to play with a tougher economy, too, and there's been several times where it becomes a real nail-biter to see if risking it all in a game against Johnson Nash is going to pay off as he overburdens more and more of my caravans.
Yeah for me this was a great way to get involved in the minigame and feel like it had import. I was a huge fan of a very old western game called Dust that had some card games and even checkers involved and being able to make caravan have more import was a great improvement to my playthroughs of FO:NV.

I think this mod, a bit buggy, and I don't know why, and how, first, its seem not work the 5 only game, for merchants, e.g.: Cliff can play more than 5 games after, nothing happening, he still can play, and cliff don't use Gomorrah deck, I don't know its a graphical bug, or they don't use simply Gomorrah deck, this bug only happen, after the game, he ask you, to another game, if you answer yes, new round start immediately , and now he don't use Gomorrah deck. And another bug that i notice that Lacey, she can ONLY play 5 games, then she never play again, even if you wait 3-6 day.
So bad that many people hate this minigame because they dont understand, so no one really care this card game. I try to fix this, but this mod use hard coded scripts, and I cant understand yet, sadly.
I don't know, what causes that, the mod author say, put it the esp, on the bottom, for over overwriting, the overhaul mods, but its seem not really work, my theory its, that these bug caused by Jsawyer mod. (EDIT) I watch the fnv edit, and jsawyer cause big mess, first this cause cliff bug, and cause the lacy bug, I suggest not use both mods, I try to make pach for jsawyer, later.

I realize it's been years since anyone posted here. Great mod, something strange is happening though. I've played several games with the Dino guy, we win back and forth and everytime our collective pot gets larger. I started with 8k, him with ... 4 or 5. Now after 6 games I have 45k. Fun for a moment, but game breaking :P. Not sure if it is this mod, but I dont have any other caravan mods installed...
**EDIT**Apologies, it's not your mod. I thought it was fine after I uninstalled but it's still having the same problem. :P
just wanted to say thank you for this,very much needed for us caravan lovers (especially considering the limit change was dumb in the first place),also glad it works great with YUP <3
