Adds all of FO3's bobble heads to the chess board in Doc's bedroom in his house where you start.
Two bugs I've found:
1. If you collect them before using the vigor tester machine or the skill choosing with Doc then it causes an odd glitch that stops you from placing points but it's fine to pick them up AFTER you've done that and are ready to leave the house.
2. The MED bobble head does not disappear from the world after collecting it, I don't know why but its model stays on the chess board though it still boosts your skill.
