Where/How ++++++++++++ To access talk to Matt (Fully voiced NPC) who stands near the entrance. He may have a key....
To gain access to the apartment, you must use the building next door to the Silver Rush and go up the stairs, and then up the rubble. You can also get into it if you have access to the back parts of the store.
What +++++++ Its an apartment/room inside the Silver Rush that does not allow back entrance to the Silver Rush, unless the player has a key that the obtained from a certain NPC.... For the most part you should use the front entrance. This mod includes
