About this mod
Adds a new perk to the game, which allows you to kill NPC\'s that don\'t know your there.

This mod adds a simple perk, for stealthy players in mind.
At level 4 the perk becomes available. You need to have a strength of 6, or a stealth of 50. Once the perk is yours, simply sneak up to any Non-Essential NPC. If you don't get detected, you can break their neck, killing them instantly. I imagine this would be useful playing a ninja-type player, but not wanting to use a bullet.
Although you could probably just stab them, I feel this gives the game a little boost in variety.
Also, what's not to like about breaking necks.
