How do you return the Vance gun? The sherrif is Meyers but he has no dialogue option to return it. Primm Slim also has no dialogue option to return it.

I hate that you're prioritizing Meyer over Primm Slim over NCR. Why should fame be awarded in that order? I know it is moot point to discuss this right now but I'd like to say this nonetheless. How famous and regarded the Courier becomes should be equal for the three choices. They are valid choices with more or less equivalent downfalls. Primm Slim ends up lucky though inefficient. Meyer is just but the town doesn't prosper under him. The NCR give order but the taxes burden the town.
Except the amount of fame you get makes sense when you actually look at the reaction of the citizens of Primm in game. Generally, they're happy with Meyers, Primm Slim is just there, and they complain about the NCR. The fame rewards in this mod reflects that.
Fame is not about efficiency or rationality. If it was, 80% of famous people in this world would have remained nobodies. The fact is... the people in Primm are not idiots and they prove more clever and aware than many people in real life. They know what is good for them, and they value their freedom more than money, prosperity or anything. The choices made by this mod make total sense.
It's not super clear. There's version 1 and version 1.1. Version 1.1 has "Minor fix to fame rewards.", whereas version 1.0 just says "If you use Outside Bets mod, load mod AFTER IT.". Which to me suggests that the author is just saying if you use Outside Bets that his mod (whether v1 or v1.1) should be loaded afterwards. Additionally, neither .esp seems to have outsidebets.esp as a master file so I can only assume we should be using v1.1 even if we're using Outside Bets.
I have a question about this mod. Will this mod conflict with another mod called "Functional Post Game Ending?" Here is the mod's webpage: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/66726 I like the idea of really having to do a lot to gain liked and idolized reputations with the town. A good challenge for starting your game. Besides, if you can earn reputations in Goodsprings, Novac, and The Strip, why not Primm as well? This is a good mod and thanks for your hard work on it!
I have one question! Will this conflict with "Primm Rumours Fix" by Paul_NZ? Also what about FPGE mod? It adds lots of stuff as an aftermath for completing the game one way or another! How does it it affect this mod?
Perhaps you have some other mod that affects Primm reputation ? For example, Main Story Alterations provides its own take on the issue although it's not as complete as this mod.

I like the idea of really having to do a lot to gain liked and idolized reputations with the town. A good challenge for starting your game. Besides, if you can earn reputations in Goodsprings, Novac, and The Strip, why not Primm as well? This is a good mod and thanks for your hard work on it!
