Now the water fountain at The Ultra-Luxe can be used to make wishes. Wishes cost 150 Caps each.

Addresses a compatibility bug with another mod (unknown) where player caps would be removed from inventory while visiting The Strip for no reason.
Caps are now removed (150 per wish) upon selecting a wish rather than bringing up the wish menu.
Players now have to option to exit the menu without making a wish.
Description:
Now the water fountain at The Ultra-Luxe can be used to make wishes.
Wishes cost 150 Caps each.
You can wish for Money, Luck, Food, and Weapons. or you can choose surprise me.
With each wish there is a chance you'll get nothing, or you'll get what you wanted. Sometimes things will go wrong. Example: you with for food but instead you get some Big Horner's spawn in front of you.
If you wish for luck you'll get a temporary +4 Points to your LUCK that lasts 10 minutes.
Wish outcomes are somewhat determined by you characters luck. The higher your luck, the better the granted wish.
Installation:Paste "Wishing_Fountain.esp" into "fallout new vegas\Data\"
Conflicts: None known.
Compatibility: Appear to work with New Vegas Restored (NVR).
