For me it is loads of fun to gather all sort of junk to decorate my home, this is why it is empty :D Just like the ones you buy :D So go out there and collect pool balls, pool cue, baseball items, food, ammo, guns, glasses, drinks, ashtrays, cigarettes etc.

What i love to do is take old money and throw it in the open safe so it looks like a big pile of money flowing out :X Because i'm rich baby !!!! I'm RICHHHHHHHHH !!!!

This home does not have weapons,food etc inside ! If you want one of those mods, than this one is not for you, this is for the players who love realism and love to fill their home with items themselves not f%^$^$ find it full of amunition and weapons ...

After trying countless player homes i decided to learn how to use Geck and make my own.

This mod adds a player home in north Goodsprings.

The home was no used and had no interior. So i 've replaced the weak wooden door with a big steel wall, you don't want a rotten wood door in such a dangerous environment. You need a strong door to protect your riches from those pesky raiders, and prevent your sexy companions from getting raped.

Leave some companions outside the home also. To stand guard :P

The special feature of the house is "le sexy room" :D A place where you can keep your companions naked or half naked and watch them DANCE !! Or do some other things to them ..


- Home and outside is navmeshed so your followers can follow
- Home has many idle positions, so if you let your followers inside to relax, they will dance, smoke and do other things.
- Home has kitchen, bathroom, science room, living room, armory, 2 hallways and le sexy room
- Home is full of lights :) No more dark rooms, and alot of display places to put all your favorite items on display :D Alot of place to display your collection.

I LOVE TO LEAVE FOOD AND DRINKS ON TABLES AND SEE THAT THE COMPANIONS EAT/DRINK THEM :X

Instalation : Extract in Data folder and activate :)
