A simple companion in the form of The Lone Wanderer from FO3 to your New Vegas world.
REQUIRES EZ COMPANION NVSE http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/38033
ALSO REQUIRES NVSE (obviously) http://nvse.silverlock.org/
You can find him by talking to the shady looking Ghoul in the Prospector's
Saloon, and choosing the dialogue option "maintenance".
This is nothing fancy, there is no voiced or unique dialogue, and there never
will be. It is sadly completely out of my coding capabilities.
