BACKSTORY
A Tribunus of Caesar's Legion, Aquila was sent to the divide to assist in the fight with the NCR. Shortly after his arrival the nuclear missiles were detonated and he was turned into A Marked Man. Surprisingly enough, he retained his conscious and did not become feral. He wandered for weeks and finally made hi way out through the wreckage at one end of the divide. Knowing That the Legion would no longer take him back he remained by the wreckage waiting for death.
LOCATION
He should be hanging out around the canyon wreckage or he might just follow you as soon as you start up the game.
