Fixes the damage of GRA Buckshot Shells (12 gauge 4/0 buck & 20 gauge 3/0 buck) & fixes 12 gauge slugs to have a chance to return empty hulls.

The buckshot x1.2 damage bonus is missing on GRA buckshot, (despite the in-game description implying that they pack a bigger punch than regular shot shells), making them the weakest "normal" shot gun ammo. This small fix adds the missing buckshot bonus.
The (Vanilla) 12 gauge slug shells are supposed to have a 30% chance to return an empty hull when fired, but are missing the data for the type of hull to return. This issue is also corrected.
This bug fix is included in Yukichigai's Unofficial Patch (YUP)
