The weapon is located near the Yangtze Memorial Shack. It's located on the ground next to the dead mercenary in the Rad-scorpion Nest with the pile of eggs. Its hiding in some bushes so you might have to comb the ground around the dead merc.

If you are having problems finding the gun the code is xx000add with the xx being the number in your load order.
