Just stopped by to say that even all these years later, this is still my favourite ED-E retex. And as for the glowy-bits, ED-E can definitely hold his own even on the neon-infused Strip!
It's indeed a long time ago since I made the glow stuff. The glow map has to be inserted into the textures section of Ed-E's nif file. Install the Mod with Mod Organizer 2 ( yes, indeed, no FOMM, no Vortex cr@p) and choose Spooky Ed-E option and it works.
@KurstVI--Those deleted comments are in response to someone who bothered to make a less than stellar comment to me on a 10 year old comment of mine--apparently he didn't like this mod. The moderators took care of it, so I put deleted on my comments to this person.
