About this mod
Apparently our friend Herbert from \" Family Guy\" has lived in Goodsprings for many years. He has suddenly left in persuit of his dream. He has left the keys to his house inside the Prospector Saloon for any traveler that wants it. That Traveler is you. His House is your\'s now.
- Permissions and credits
This is a very simple house mod with a theme. In this case it has to do with "Family Guy's" Herbert the Pervert. Enjoy the luxuries of having a nice home complete with a kitchen, bedroom, armory, living room, your very own bathroom. Yes your own bathroom, no tricks. It also comes with a few surprises. The house acts like a miniature scavenger hunt so look around you will be shocked at what you shall fine.
Your new home is located behind the Prospectors Saloon.
People that don't like to read letters and notes won't get anything for Christmas. So to keep Santa happy be sure to read any notes you fine. Some contain hints.
Be sure to make yourself at home and have fun.
