This simple mod makes the miniguns(both) more powerful by incressing the ROF to 30.000 and causeing the miniguns to fire 3 bullets at a time. The unique minigun has 45.000 ROF and fires 4 bullets but only uses 3 thus incresing the total bullets useable!
There may be lag on low end PC's so test to be sure!
