This mod is simply a low resolution texture replacer for SGHi's mod 'Interface Mod - Revelation'.
Original mod (required): http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/34971
The original textures were quite large in file size (2 of which were 1.4Mb), causing a pause when opening containers and accessing a variety of menus. By halving their resolution, the file sizes were cut by around 75%, making the pause almost non-existent.
Essentially the only changes that have been made are to the resolution of the textures and the 'xml' files used to position aspects of the interfaces.
When installing, extract all files in the Data folder of your Fallout New Vegas game directory. When asked to overwrite, click 'yes to all'. When downloading with NMM, also overwrite files it asks you to when activating.
