Any container with a name you don't recognize is a respawning container (the Auto-Dispose-All for instance). Every other container with a standard name is safe for storage. There are two keys to this house - one is for both the front and back door; the other is for the basement hatch in the rear of the building. To find the door key, check around for a small, hollow rock. The key to the hatch is inside the house - if you can't find it, you aren't looking.

Two floors - ground and basement. Bedroom. Two bathrooms. Trash cans respawn. Ground floor first aid kit ("Black Cross Auto-Restocking Service") respawns. Liquor cabinet respawns.

I don't use auto-sorters and I don't like to tell people that certain containers are meant for certain things to store so if you *need* that kind of stuff, this house will disappoint.

Conflicts? I don't know. But it's just a house, so it will only conflict with any mod that changes this particular building so load it last and you should be good to go.

This house is navmeshed and optimized. The navmesh isn't perfect - I didn't cut it where static objects are placed. There are some small oddities with the tiles (in a couple of corners, you'll see flicker but that's because of the tile itself - where it was particularly nasty, I did my best to cover it up) and a couple of placed objects, for example: the reinforced leather armor on the bookshelf is invisible, as is the deathclaw hand on the other shelf... why? I can't, for the life of me, figure it out.

There are a bunch of skill books in the house. If you don't want skill books, take them and dump them in an Auto-Dispose-All and your problems are solved. Same thing with the ammo, weapons, and consumables.
