This is a single esp file compilation of 4 fixes for each of the preorder weapons. It includes the Weathered 10mm Pistol fix by Yukichigai here http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/39012

1) This fixes the Preorder Grenade Launcher by adding it to the lists for the Perks Pyromaniac and Demolition Expert. This should work a little better than the other fix out there because it adds it by way of a script as opposed to overwriting the list itself. Overwriting the list can cause incompatibilities with other addons which may do the same.

2) This adds the Preorder Sturdy Caravan Shotgun to the perk Shotgun Surgeon and to the Shotgun achievement. This should work a little better than the other fix out there because it adds it by way of a script as opposed to overwriting the list itself. Overwriting the list can cause incompatibilities with other addons which may do the same.

3) This changes the entry for the Broad Machete to include a VATS Power Attack like the other machetes do. While this is similar to another addon, this includes no code from that addon but is a pure GECK edit. The values are also different, as the Broad machete default attack uses 17 AP, so a 70% damage attack at 16 AP makes little sense. Compare to the other custom machete which has a base AP cost of 18 and the special uses 15 AP. This edit makes the special attack use 14 AP.

4) This includes the Weathered 10mm Pistol Fixes by Yukichigai, used with permission as specified on his mod. It fixes the meshes when mods are applied, it adds the weapon to the perk: The Professional, and adds it to the casino Improved Holdout Weapon list.
