Many of the NPCs/factions in Fallout New Vegas exhibit an oversight in their dialogue where the random flag was not set on their combat "barks", or in laymans terms, the things they say when fighting (e.g. avoid a grenade, fleeing, using a power attack, etc). This means the game only plays the first entry in each category so that the characters in question cannot ever say all the dialogue written for them. Ulysses unfortunately exhibits this exact same oversight, and cannot say the vast majority of his combat dialogue, which in all comprise more than 30 lines of dialogue.
This file correctly randomises his combat barks so these lines can be heard.
If you'd like to use this in a bugfix etc mod, that's fine by me. Credit would be nice, but it's a simple fix and I'm not really bothered.
