Requirement:
NVSE http://nvse.silverlock.org/
How to use:
Equip 007 Thermal Collar
Press X to on/off
Note:
If the thermal vision is turned on, this mod will temporarily remove Spotter and SearchAndMark perks.
The perks will be restored when the thermal vision is turned off.
I haven't really tested it, but I hope it works like that.
This mod can cause lagging/stutter.
Update:
1.1 - Make the collar a Quest Item
