A Very Important Legal Blurb, Since I Used So Many Resources:
All third party resources (and there are a lot of them) are confirmed to be either in the public domain or licensed under creative commons. Whether the copyrights have run out or the resources came from a stock site, all resources used are legal, at least for non-commercial use (as this is). Also, all original creators or distributors are credited.
There's nothing quite like an afternoon with a deck chair, a 6 pack of Sunset Sarsaparilla and a radio. Tune into Blake on Wave Radio, and listen to all the best music from the 30s, 40s and 50s.
Wave Radio is all you could want from a radio mod and more.
-An original, voiced radio station with over 80 voiced segments and a 60 track long playlist, including public service announcements and news segments, and scripting to keep the tracks fresh.
-Blake, and Wave Radio, have a real presence in the wasteland. Find Blake and his house, and enjoy the fully interactive NPC, with over 60 lines of conversational dialogue.
-Interact with Blake and gain access to his stash of unique weapons and even perform a few small favours for him.
-Enjoy the changeable and interactive nature of Blake and the radio station, with a number of situational dialogue options and additional radio tracks based on what you've returned to Blake.
-There are easter eggs everywhere! From radios in houses, to posters on the road, Wave Radio makes the effort to blend into the wasteland as though it was always there.
Copy the data folder within the .7z file into your main New Vegas folder, usually C:Program Files/steam/steamapps/common/fallout new vegas/ or C:Program Files (x86)/steam/steamapps/common/fallout new vegas/ allow any overwrites. To be clear, the data folder in the zip should be overwriting the data folder within the main new vegas folder. Then activate the .esp in the mod manager of your choice.
If you use any mods which make major changes to locations such as Freeside or The Strip then there will possibly be some small, insignificant incompatibilities.
Some voice segments may skip the first few seconds of playback. I've tried to find out the reason for this, but the problem is so unpredictable and variable that I have to assume it's related to the way Fallout utilises audio resources.
The outfits may cause lower end machines some lag, as both are unusually high poly. There may also be some clipping in some more extreme poses, mostly around the armpits on any poses that cleverly try to mask the giant Fallout shoulders. (Yes, that means a good 60% of my own poses, but it's not that obvious and easy to fix with a little shooping)
Aside from the above, the file has received extensive testing at home as well as moderate testing by third parties and seems to be all in order, however, public releases always show up errors that weren't apparent before, so please feel free to report any errors and I will attempt to fix them as hastily as possible.
