Description
You decided to play New Vegas and you don't have network at your uncle's house and therefore you cannot connect to Steam and cannot activate the Offline mode? This mod fixes it.
Installation
Please refer to the documentation in the download section.
Use
Launch the Utility to fix the Offline mode and be able to play online or offline.
This small utility is legit and will NOT allow you to play a non-legit copy of New Vegas. This is just a fix for people who cannot launch Steam when they have no network.
