Adds Sturdy Caravan Shotgun to the Shotgun Surgeon and to the Achievement using a script so it should not conflict with other mods.

I've recently come to my "mod limit" as it were. When I reached 145 mods, the 145th mod broke my game. Meshes disappeared, textures disappeared. The 145th mod could be anything, and load order, archive invalidation, etc. did not matter. An empty esp file would do the same thing. Vanilla weapons were losing their meshes. As such, I now know that the number of mods matters. In an effort to reduce the number of mods I am using, I have consolidated all the preorder weapon fixes into one mod Preorder Weapon Fixes Complete. Check it out if you are having the same issue.

This adds the Preorder Sturdy Caravan Shotgun to the perk Shotgun Surgeon and to the Shotgun achievement. This should work a little better than the other fix out there because it adds it by way of a script as opposed to overwriting the list itself. Overwriting the list can cause incompatibilities with other addons which may do the same.
Thanks to Yukichigai for his addon Weathered 10mm Pistol Fixes http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/39012 which inspired the method for fixing this weapon.
