**The pics above are outdated, the dialogue has been changed, I'll be uploading several new pictures over the next 2 days when I get a chance to play through a bit.

==Recommended==
Get no dialog tags, place it before my mod in the load order, and between the changes in dialog, and tag removal, you won't know if your about to take a speech challenge, letting you blunder through the game more effectivly.

==About this mod==
With this mod I'm trying to expand the specialized content available to players building a low intelligence character, such as seen here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uXMYRhApW6c&feature=related
More vanilla low intelligence stuff is described here:
http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Intelligence

This mod replaces the vanilla dialogue, with new "dumb" dialogue. Most of the dialogue is just dumbed down, although I have been able to add in some jokes, especially

when the character had a response for dummys to a vanilla question.

At this point there is no AV check to see if the character has low intelligence, but the perks and the original dialogue bethesda placed in the geck is only available if your intelligence is less than 3.

==Perks==
all should have icons and requirements now.

Use your head!
int<=3, str>=7
You've got a thick skull and limited problem solving capability. When confronted with a lock you can give up the lockpicks in frustration and just start smashing your

head into it. The more difficult the lock, the more damage you do to your cranium. But at least it'll open.

I is scienterrific!
(Energy Weapons 65, science=<70, int<=3)
So much energy exposure seems to have caused some sort of internal reaction, increasing your science and medicine skill, but only while using an energy weapon.
+30 science, +10 medicine

Reading for Dummies
(int<=3, can't have illiterate)
Learning from books has always been beyond you, until you found the application in your pip-boy that helps you understand what magazines are saying. (magazines grant

permanant +1 to skills upon use, and no longer have a temporary boost)

Special Helper
Int<=3, ONE follower
Your companion knows that your not exactly the brightest light in the room, and they do what they can to help you survive in the Harsh desert.(When health drops to

60%, you slowly get healed up to 60%)

Stubborn
(Level 10 int<=3)
Your too stubborn, or too stupid to quit, either way you mindlessly drone away at the task at hand, hardly knowing (or caring) what you're doing. Your mindless work

allows you to gain experience faster, even if you dont actually retain anything useful. (+5 exp gain, -5 all skills)

TOO COMLICATED!
Level 8, int <=3
It's just too hard, and you've given up on trying to understand the world, but at least what you dont understand, you can hit.(25% unarmed damage+15 unarmed skill, at

the cost of -10 to the more "complex" skills -7 skills total-)
Crash Dummy
(Int<= 3 Perception<=5)
You're always running into things, hard corners are your worst enemy. But instead of becoming more observant, you just toughen up. (+15 DT when moving)

Dumb Luck
(int <=3, level 6
You may be dumb but at least your lucky. (Permanant +1 Luck, when you score a critical hit your chance to score another critical increased. when a critical is scored

against you your DT is increased by 10 for 3 seconds)

Illiterate
(Int<=3, can't have reading for dummies)
You cant read very well, but collecting magazines and looking at the pictures makes you feel a little smarter.
(Grants +1 to skill per skill magazine in inventory 10 max.)

Run Forest Run
level 4, int<=3, agi>=6
Now that the braces are off you move faster (+1 speed) additionally, when you are scared(in combat) you gain an additional (+1 speed)

Power House
level 10, int<3 str=10
You've spent all your time trying to get stronger, as a result you now have a stronger back(+50 carryweight) and have learned that you really enjoy knocking people

down and hitting them (unarmed damage +10)

Hyper Perceptive
level 10, int<3 per=10
You can see everything at night(Spotter perk at night when outside) even if you don't understand it. You can even tell where your enemies are aiming, allowing you to

avoid more fatal hits.(enemy critial chance reduced)

Agile Idiot
level 10, int<3 agi=10
Your always trying to find the weak spot in your opponent, constantly attempting to flank them (increase melee damage and attack speed while moving)

People Person
level 10, int<3 chr=10
Somehow you always manage to get people to like you, despite the drooling and vacant staring. (10% lower prices and increased vendor disposition.)

Comfortably Numb
level 10, int<3 end=10
Your so dumb you don't even feel pain sometimes, meaning your unaffected by the stress of combat (reduced weapon spread), the inability to feel pain may be a result of

your hardy internals (+15 dt when health drops below 50%)

Lucky SOB
level 10, int<3 luck=10
Your a strategic moron, and win your battles based off sheer luck. (double critical damage)

Sense of Direction
lvl 20, int <=3
You're easily confused, and every where you go you seem to get lost, luckily you won't have to waste time trying to work your way out of the maze of every building,
now your pip-boy has been upgraded to allow fast travel from anywhere.
