A small collection of perk updates based on my personal preferences. Redesigns Logan\\\'s Loophole and makes the \\\'seduction\\\' perks available as traits, along with other edits.
- Permissions and credits
This is my first ever mod! Basically, I redesigned a bunch of perks (though mostly traits) that I thought were useless / could use tweaking. Keep in mind that this is just a mod made for personal preference and is probably a bit overpowered in some cases.
If you like some changes but don\'t like others, you can feel free to edit this mod, as long as you give me credit. If you have some suggestions, feel free to post them in the comments section!

Update! Changes in 1.1 include:
Brightest Light AKA Logans Loophole - 7 skill points per level and 15% extra explosion radius per level, exp bonus removed.
Cannibal - 45 hp instead of 25 hp, now a trait. (I found that the 25 hp bonus for eating a person was near-useless.)
Hunter - Now a trait. 35% extra damage against Animals.
Heave Ho - Now a trait. Does 2x throwing velocity.
Splash Damage - Now does 35% extra splash AOE.
Long Haul - Requirements reduced, 15% extra carry weight added.
Explorer - Now a trait.
Note: I did this because I found 'exploring' in New Vegas to be extremely dull.
The changes are:

Cherchez La Femme / Lady Killer - 5% extra damage, available as traits.
Note: I made these available as traits because I didn't want to have to wait until Level 4 to make my character Bisexual.
Black Widow / Confirmed Bachelor - Available as traits.
Note: I made these available as traits because I didn't want to have to wait until Level 4 to make my character Bisexual.
Logan\'s Loophole - Renamed into \'Brightest Light\'. You can't level past 30, but you run 25% faster, get 25% more exp, 5 more skill points, and 25 more carry weight. The Chem stats are deleted.
Fast Shot - 15% less accurate instead of 20.
Trigger Discipline - 30% more accurate instead of 20.
Small Frame - Replaces the limb crippling penalty with 10% less carry weight.
Loose Cannon - 15% larger blast radius added
Built to Destroy - 10% extra damage added
Hoarder - 40 pounds of extra carry weight.
Hot Blooded - 30% extra damage instead of the normal 10%
Math Wrath - Now has 3 ranks. 15% less AP cost at rank 1, 35% less at rank 2, 60% less at rank 3.
