Really simple bug fix. As everyone knows, Rebound is bugged and instead of 5 AP per sec regeneration it simply increased total amount of AP by 5. This mod simply fixed it, and will work for other items/perks which give AP per sec regeneration.
Compatibility:
I didn't touch Rebound, but the Effect which is responsible for the AP regeneration, so this mod is conflict free and will work with mods which changed Rebound.
