An NCR Ranger named Ashley is at the 188 place, waiting to be your new friend. is scripted but has one major bug i can not for the life of me figure out. its somewhere in the quest topic "followerhire" but can't find it. Ashley won't follow because of this. If anyone can figure it out, please send me a message so i can fix it.
