Hello everyone ^^
The mod contains small exterior near Godsprings and Yangztee Memorial, and VAULT 40 if you use AWOP. It's easy to find. You can do whatever you like with this mod... You have my persmission, it will be nice to make interior for this Small Motel, and put some creature;)
Maybe I'll make it in some near future, just need expand my GECK knowedgle...
