This is a simple transparent .dds that is appropriately named to replace the vanilla (or alternate) dust storms, in order to simply make them invisible.
I created this out of frustration, because I use lighting mods that.. simply put.. make the dust storms look terrible at night. I'd rather not have them in my game than deal with a glowing field of dust.
The archive is structured properly for NMM and FOMM to simply add and install (or remove).
Install: copy the textures folder to your Data directory
Disclaimer: If you don't have your tinfoil hat angled properly, this will bring your wife back, your dog back, your job back, etc. Use at your own risk.
Permissions: Use, enjoy, etc. Have fun.
Edit: I should add, the "unique, superbad dust storms" in the hidden valley will still be there. There's a second component to those dust storms that this does not replace. Only half of it will be there, but it'll still be enough to obscure your vision and it still looks like somebody barfed in a barn fan, so unless somebody requests it, I probably won't bother replacing that texture.
