A small mod I made by request of Ruadhan2300. It adds one billboard to Goodsprings, it is mainly a modders resource. Use as you wish ! Has some bullet holes put in it by some passing ghoul, who has took offence to it (Ghouls are sometimes referred to as zombies in the game, mostly in Fallout 3)
I won't insult your intelligence with a huge mod description because this is a small, simple mod
