I put this together because I wanted to add some lighting for screenshots, I thought I might as well share it now it's done.
This adds a bag of Baseballs that emit different coloured lights, the bag is behind Doc Mitchells bath, it contains 10 of varying colours and respawns. Just drop one on the floor to light a small area, they can be picked up but usually the light they emit stays where they were first dropped, not always though. Pick them up to get rid of the light. They're much the same thing as Backsteppos "Lights" for FO3.
Install....
Drop the contents of the zip file into your data folder and overwrite if asked.
Enable with FOMM, NMM or whatever.
Uninstall.....
Delete the .ESP
Permissions, do what you like with them as long as you don't charge money for anything that uses these.
FAQ....
Q: What the hell do I want these for?
A: You probably don't.
Q: I lost my balls, where can I get some more?
A: The bag respawns.
Q: Can you add another colour/make them brighter/make them dimmer/make them dance?
A: No.
Q: My balls are glowing a funny colour.
A: See a doctor.
