== Mephane Skunk Race Mod v0.85 ==
==================================
Anthromorphic skunk race for Fallout 3: New Vegas. It's a big old lore breaker for FO3 (facepalm and move on, purists), but I had fun making it.
Enjoy, run around, do Jet, shoot irradiated thugs, pretend you're a skunk badass, etc, etc.
==================
==== Features ====
==================
- Skunkish humanish appearance
- Big ol' skunk tail, ears, and snout
- Black and white striped fur
- Females now have a completely redone texture with normal map!
(Males next version, still has solid black in this one. Sorry, dudes)
- Horrible stench
- So bad it's actually visual (switch to vanity camera)
- Scent gland weapon
- Damn near indestructible and regenerative. Also, you can't get rid of it.
- Ammo automatically refills after use.
- Each hit on an enemy reduces the will to fight a bit more until they just run like hell.
- Doesn't affect companions (they're used to you) or robots (no nose)
- Modifiable tail and stench in-game! Go tell Doc Mitchell that he didn't put you back together quite right.
=================
==== Install ====
=================
Unzip the folder and copy the contents to the Fallout 3 "Data" folder.
This requires no other mods to function. Works with 'vanilla' Fallout 3: New Vegas.
==================
==== License ====
==================
Free. Also, you can reuse this in whatever Fallout mods you want as long as you make sure to show the appropriate credits.
===>If you want to say "Thanks!" then donate a couple bucks to your favorite charity and post a screenshot on the forums for this about it. <===
If you don't have a charity, I recommend the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation: http://www.cff.org/GetInvolved/ManyWaysToGive/MakeADonation/

==== Notes====
==================
- v0.85 means 'beta' so if there's bugs just let me know and I'll do what I can on the next version. First mod I've ever done.
==================
====Bugs====
==================
Known:
- You probably want to give yourself facial hair if you're a dude. There's something off with eyebrows, but giving facial hair somehow fixes it.
- Female hairstyles have lighting issues indoors. Setting the hair color to solid white or black hides most of it though.
- Reloading skunk spray still has a weird metallic reload sound. This is because doing custom weapons is a big pain in the ass and I haven't figured it all out.
- You may get a new Scent Gland when upgrading here...working on a permanent fix (If you got this just repair one with the other as a workaround.)
==================
==== Versions ====
==================
v0.85
- In game, Doc Mitchell now offers skunk body modifications, including turning off the stench effect and a tail resize/removal.
Choose "I don't think you put me back together quite right" when speaking with him.
- Mod now offered Adult (Type3 female/Breeze male) variations. Clothed (vanilla Fallout) will follow in next version.
- In Adult version, skunk males now automatically get a Pre-War Gentleman's magazine in inventory.
- Female nude body textures are redone, including fur stripe on back (female/nude only this version, male/nude, female/clothed next version)
- Skunk Spray no longer shows up with a PipOS error during trades.
v0.81
- Fixed texture problem on Type3 female body. Body shows up as solid black now in both Type3 and 'vanilla' FO3, but this will change in the future..
v0.80
- Added females to race.
v0.71
- Bald Caucasians now all have hair again, including (notably) Trudy in Goodsprings, Janet at the Boomers, and The King.
v0.70
- First release.
